I found a solution that worked for me - uninstall all Oculus software, uninstall ReVive (I used to have the OG vive), reinstall oculus, enable advanced mode settings in Steam VR, and then if a game is blurry you can enable a higher resolution in Steam VR by sliding the slider across in the menu (three horizontal stripe button).
