She is red green color blind so red dots aren't super useful for her, but the gun has the rear irons on the red dot as opposed to the slide. I tried looking up a plate for it through sig and a handful of other companies but I haven't had any luck.FYI: Bolt Depot has 2-56 x 5/8 phosphate cap screws. I know they are 1/16 too long but for .34 cents each and 4.65 shipping I will polish off a sixteenth. Seems to be 2 schools of thought when having the P365 slide milled. #1 is to remove rear sight and mill leaving a small tab at the end of the slide (like the XL). #2 is milling to just in front of the rear sight, leaving the rear sight mounted.Love the larger sight picture it gives as opposed to the Trijicon RMRcc. The RMRcc is small, roughly the same size as the Romeo Zero. Yes, on the P365XL the Type 2 has some overhang on the sides, but because of the way the Maple Leaf adapter plate is shaped it still looks good on the gun IMO.
