Adjust the linkage so that when in High range, 3rd gear the light should go out before the tractor starts to move as you slowly let the clutch out. Now adjust the transmission brake. Only issue we had was it would run warm pulling a 12 ft discbine in heavy hay but it did also have cab and air conditioning so it had the condenser in front of the radiator.
