The only possitive part about them, some provide just as good bonus as primed mods, so it's bit easier for newer players to get them. But other than that: Archon Intensify, most problematic mod. You can get 60% situationally.25% of 29% = 7.25 (they round up to 7.3) 29% becomes 36.3% Now add (Malignant Force) 60% of 29% = 17.4 + 7.3 = 53.7 (their math is off by .1) The stat sheet comes to 53.6% in game.
