I ended up downloading version 2.5.3.27 (what was out with the last Tsukiro version), and it actually seemed to be doing better at first hashing the downloads, but at the end the Katana mod still ended up failing but I got the additional line saying it's due to the hash being incorrect with no alternative, which is definitely beyond what I know how to fix.Enchanting. In the list in the pinned comments section you'll find a link to the file. Download it and manually place it into the download folder for the tsukiro list. That fixed it for me.
