This mod collides with Spongie's open clothing mod. When you use any wearing option different then the "vanilla" one in Spongie's mod, the clothing becomes unrepairable. There is a workaround, simply equip the clothing in their "vanilla' form (e.g. close jacket instead of open) and you should be able to repair it and add patches.As far as I know, you can patch holes without any level in tailoring.
