I have had Vivint for 8+ years at 2 different residences so thats not an issue. The tech just wouldnt install the new hub in my new house because I didnt buy it front Vivint. There has got to be a way for a self activation. I already have most of my devices and sensors added to it and just need it to connect to Vivint and actually work.It finally shut off after about 5 minutes, but the panel still needs a user code to acknowledge the alarm.
