They have a fair number of consistency tools, but no ways to handle distinct CQ gimmicks and no hard survival tools. They feel very much like a gen-pool SSR—a nice spook, but not someone to target.At level 10, this skill gives a 31% attack boost for 3 out of every 5 turns. That’s really good, and it makes leveling this skill a high priority if you plan on relying on Herc long-term. The debuff resist is, as usual, a fairly forgettable bonus.
